i'm making some progress in my flexibility! i took the first pic yesterday and the 2nd one is from 3 months ago
looking at the 2nd pic makes me cringe, my legs were so bent and still it was difficult for me to sit like that...look at me now though ☺️ still far away from a straddle split, but i'm super close to getting my front splits!
