The stairs at the farm are super narrow and tall, although walking it can be weird it makes a great place to stretch!
I’ve always been good at stretching regularly, but this week it seems more important than ever with all the lifting and moving and heavier work. I don’t have a particular routine I go through, I just move my body and tune in to how movements feel and what it is speaking to me in what it needs.
