Message: I love questions like these. I'm a bit of a gearhead when it comes to camera equipment. Customs, Scripted and more professional stuff I shoot mainly with my GH5. I like the way it feels and the workflow with Davnici Resolve (my main editor) works is nice. My iPhone 12 is used for anything 'on the go' FF and traveling. I attach my Shure MV88 to it for better audio quality. I own a Insta360 which I've been using more. I want to do more Vlogging style content with this since it does it's own stabilization which is NICE! Plus being able to reframe a shot is fun. Downside is the software is so slow so I always have to render out and then import in to Resolve then re-render out again 😢. With most places not supporting 360 content, all these videos end up on my main site. Audio I use a Rode VideoMic Go with my GH5. I wish I would've gotten the "Pro" mic, but you live and learn. I just picked up Rode the Rode Wireless Go 2 set which I am going to use in combination with my X2 for some fun interviews at exxxotica. I have a whole series of 1x1 LED Panels I use for cam shows and photoshoots. My life goal is to build a house with a studio in it (i'm saving) so I can add some better lighting to my setup and make cooler more HQ videos.
