G’dayyy peeps 👋 guess who’s just landed in Australia! Currently have a 10 hour layover before my next flight so right now I’m sitting in one of the airline lounges listening to podcasts haha, I mainly enjoy listening to ones from the Economist and also Star Talk radio with NDGT but if anyone has any pod suggestions they enjoy let me know I have a lot of time to kill lol 🙏
Wanted to share a little photo of the taonga (treasure) I was given before leaving. It’s made out of greenstone, also called pounamu, which is only found in Aotearoa NZ. These necklaces are very meaningful and are an important part of Māori culture!
Happy as to have this piece of home with me as I take on a new adventure far far away from home ❤️🤍🖤✊🏼
