Message: In this stream I try out a new brownie recipe! The brownies ended up so perfect I couldn’t believe it! I also try my hand at making a simple two ingredient ice cream. I don’t own an ice cream maker so I had to find a recipe that would be simple and fun. This ice cream take about 6 hours to freeze and it doesn’t exactly taste like classic ice cream but it taste so good anyway! I made ice cream earlier in the day with peanut butter as a mix in since I figured peanut butter and chocolate goes hand in hand! During the stream I made coffee ice cream, the best way to do this is use instant coffee as a mix in! Brownie recipe: 1 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 2/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup of powder sugar(with cornstarch) 2 eggs + 2 TBSP water 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (I used dark) 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup of oil (whatever you prefer) 1/2 tsp vanilla Oven at 350 F Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, powder sugar, chocolate chips and salt! In a large bowl whisk eggs, water, oil, vanilla Pour the dry ingredients into the wet, mix well! Bake for about 40 min in an 8×8 pan! I used parchment paper to make it easier to pull the brownies out. Ice Cream! 2 cups of cream (I used heavy whipping cream because they didn’t have plain cream in the store) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk add mix in if desired (vanilla extract, peanut butter, instant coffee, Oreos, small chocolate chips, favorite fruit, are just a few ideas!) Mix cream until stiff peaks form (either by hand or electric mixer) Slowly mix in condensed milk Mix in what flavor you desire! Pour mixture into a resealable container, cover the surface with plastic wrap, then put the lid on! Freeze for about 6 hours!
