mood is spiraling because my nose is raw and runny and i cant stop sneezing and my eyes are so so watery,
ive gained 7 pounds this month and of course im struggling to fit in any of my pants now,
having hot flashes,
and i miss going to the gym regularly but i have to save this month so i can't go out much- therefore i've been eating everything out of boredom every second i find myself doing nothing.
i feel so so so so disgusted and sick with myself and im feeling very dysmorphic right now ):
someone knock me out for a few days lmao.
