Message: Considering the weather this year I’m so glad I got a treadmill walking machine. Looks horrible outside? No problem! Setup the machine in 5 mins and I’m good to go. I do 40 minutes power walk 4 or 5 days a week atm. I’m noticing energy levels improving 😊 Also getting up at 7:30Am and going to bed around 11:30 or midnight has helped too. Finding myself getting to sleep much quicker and waking up feeling more refreshed and awake. Just need to get back into weights again and also the stretches and yoga. My body will thank me for it. Working from home is not great when you barely go out. Exercise is important and especially when I get a job, being in better shape will help. I wouldn’t say I let myself go as such just stiff joint etc due to mostly sitting all day and being too depressed to work out. But now I’m pushing myself to do it because it does make me feel so much better. Now feeling some of those pains slip away, especially my hips and lower back. My advice. Work out even when you feel depressed. Push yourself. After the work out you will feel your mood lift. Yeah I know it’s hard getting over that hurdle to do it when you feel low. But if you can, it will help. Trust me. Plenty of times I’ve put it off and just felt miserable. But after every work out I feel so much better xx
