Message: Good morning! Work out complete! I can't emphasize enough, if you have back pain one of the best things you can do is get a wheel and roll it out! Using a wheel and doing dead hangs decompresses my back like nothing else. I have chronic back issues from an accident I was in several years ago, and sadly they're there to stay. Yoga helps keep me limber though!
