It’s rare to train, and then mostly at home or on the street 🥴 Now for me the main task is not to lose much muscle during this period. I'm not even talking about progress. As you know, I canceled all the projects that I planned for the summer, but one will still take place. I was told that it doesn’t really matter what the shape will be and this shoot was prepared for me, so I can’t refuse it 😉 I also hope that you are all doing well and enjoying the summer ☀️
