I spent the entire weekend playing tour guide! My friends, whom I hadn’t seen in over a year, came to visit me, and it was such a joy!🥳
I showed them around the city, taking them to all my favorite restaurants and cafes — it was such a treat to share my special spots with them!🌸
I don’t have a lot of friends, and since we live on opposite sides of the world, their visits are rare. But I love them dearly and cherish every moment we get to spend together💕
When I was little, I was always so excited whenever my dad met up with his friends! He had two close friends, and they got together every Wednesday and Sunday for as long as I can remember🐰
They used to gather in my dad’s garage, pretending to work on the car, but in truth, it was just their way of taking a break from work and family life. It was so wholesome and funny!😀
Life back then, without all the gadgets we have now, felt so different. It had a warmth and simplicity that’s hard to describe🥲
When I think about the future and kids, it saddens me a little that they might never experience the world I grew up in — a world filled with genuine, heartfelt connections, a slower pace, and an open, peaceful spirit🌸
But I’ll do everything I can to pass on a little piece of that world to them!❤️🔥
