You're an adventurer stuck in the forest during a terrible winter storm. The blizzard is dropping your body temperature, and frostbite is growing across your body. If you don't get help soon, you may soon perish from the cold.
Luckily, you stumble across a monster girl thousands of years old. She's a massive giantess named a snow elf. Her body is cold and built of snow, but her interior? Nice and warm. Mouth like hot chocolate, belly like a sauna. She even has healing properties, deep inside her gut. If you hop into her mouth, she may be able to save you from the terrible winter storm.
Except, well. The choice may not be yours to make. Your hypothermia is making you woozy and dizzy. At this rate, your caring, gentle giantess is scared a predatory monster girl may gobble you right up. So there's only one way to go. Inside her mouth, and then down her throat, all the way to her belly. Where you can stay as long as you want, until you're fully rested and completely healed. Just push on her belly walls when you're feeling better. She'll tell you all sorts of stories in the meantime~.
(I imagine our lovely gentle giantess is genuine here and eager to help, but I'll leave the interpretation up to you. You can certainly imagine her intentions... less than compassionate~)
