Here's a little insight into my new hobby — aerial hoop. It's essentially a suspended ring, a rotating circle where you can perform various tricks and elegant moves akin to dance.
It looks quite unique and feels even more extraordinary in your body. It can be quite painful, especially around the knees and hands. But despite the pain, despite the bruises, I want to stick with these sessions a bit longer. It's incredibly intriguing to give it a try and feel myself in this new element. I aspire to learn how to be graceful not just in front of a camera, but also in mid-air.
