Recently, I watched the film 'Daisies'. I'd like to share my impressions in more detail.
It's an arthouse gem, particularly ahead of its time for 1966. The story revolves around two girls challenging societal norms in provocative ways. The film's surreal atmosphere and striking visuals deeply impressed me.
My personal associations with this film: outrage, children in adult bodies (infantilism?), psychedelia, vintage dolls (for some reason, the heroines emit this vibe), absurdity, playing.
While not for everyone, 'Daisies' might resonate with arthouse enthusiasts and creative minds. Personally, I found it awe-inspiring.
