Message: So, I’m back to counting calories. I couldn't figure out what to do with my eating habits for a while, and I settled on this decision. Maybe it'll give me some peace of mind now. If not, well, at least I'm giving it a try. It used to help in the past. Also, I realized that I've hardly ever talked about my eating habits on social media. It's been quite a sensitive topic for me for several years (like around 7 years), so maybe I thought, "It's easier to just not talk about it," you know? Maybe that's true. On the other hand, I'm circling back to the idea of "showing my real self," and I realize that continuing to keep this to myself wouldn't be quite right. So... I've decided to share a bit about it here. Yes, there are times when I'm living peacefully and believing there are no problems, but it's all cyclical, and I end up back in a state I tried to escape.
