Today, I... 🌸 woke up at midnight and felt myself perfectly awake!! 🌸 did the dishes~ 🌸 worked on a new art project, edited videos, planned some posts — just the usual screen time stuff~ 🌸 managed sudden anxiety with some writing exercises — psychological practice. Learning to love myself. 🌸 attended an English lesson!! 🌸 prepared some important documents. 🌸 stood in the same line for documents twice because I was too stressed :( 🌸 had another panic attack on the way home... stress again. 🌸 finally got home, took a shower, rested. *These photos aren't from today, but they're cute, so I wanna share them here. **Why am I sharing all this here?
