Today, for the first time in a while, I treated myself with a massageš¤
I haven't had a massage in a long time, even though they're good and affordable here in Thailand. For some reason, I got used to thinking that I don't like massage from strangers. At first, I even hesitated to go, but in the end, I decided to give it a try, and it turned out pretty good. While my legs were being massaged, I scrolled through my phone and relaxed. It was calm and pleasant.
I did skip my gym workout today, as I got too busy with work stuff, but you can consider the massage a kind of workout, and a pleasant one at that^^
