today I traveled far to the other parts of the city and explored new places. found a cozy beachside with almost no people around, a pier, and even saw a peacock wandering the street! almost 17k steps in the thai heat and humidity – quite an achievement.
now i'm just lying down, feeling physically exhausted, because:
1. 17k steps!!! too much for me
2. I've been doing YouTube workout videos daily for the past 8 days, and my body is tired…
I think I deserve a rest.
