Message: today I went to the mall in a gothic outfit — it was a cute and fun day, and I felt great. later in the evening, I decided to go for a swim in the outdoor pool for the first time in a while, but it was unexpectedly cold and uncomfortable. I couldn’t swim for long, so to warm up, I decided to try the sauna for the first time, but realized it’s not for me :( I started to panic and got really anxious because I had a hard time breathing in there.
