today was a good day! :3
I slept too much but still managed to get a lot done. picked up a package with new jeans, worked during the day, had sushi rolls for dinner, and tidied up at home. I ate less than usual today — just one full meal — and was happy to feel energized for everything I needed to do. tomorrow morning I plan to measure my body and start tracking regularly again. since I can’t weigh myself consistently, measuring (I mean in centimeters) seems like a good way to stay aware of changes.
