today, I’m mostly sticking to a liquid diet again, but for lunch, I had ramen at a japanese restaurant. it was a mushroom vegetarian ramen — rich, deep, and with such an unusual mushroom flavor that I really loved. anime enough, isn’t it? ;3
I had a bit of the noodles too, and now I feel a little anxious about it, but honestly, it should be fine. after all, I train, walk a lot, and drink plenty of water — so it’s all good.
