mood of the day: lost in my own mind.
the day started fine, but by the evening, I was like frozen. sitting in a cafe, staring at nothing, tears running, unable to move. my mind kept telling me to get up, make a plan, do something — but I couldn’t. I just sat there, trapped in my thoughts, until I finally forced myself to leave.
now I’m home. I have a plan, I have music, and I have just enough energy to keep from sinking further.
I’ll talk about this when I feel ready. for now, just know I’m here, taking my time. thank you for being here too.
