Message: If you requested a custom and it takes long I am sorry but I have it in my TOS on my page that the wait time is 1 to 14 days and sometimes longer depending on what's going on in my life, which you have to agree too before getting a custom. I've been mentally not well and dealing with family issues so if you want a refund that's fine but please don't be mean to me because of it.
