Message: So guys... I put an offer on my second home after the first didn’t go through because they got 36 offers and accepted one with 600k cash 💰😩 so holy shit I’m so nervous! I really want this offer to be accepted! I’ve had such a crazy year, been through so much after ending a nearly 6 year toxic relationship, moving forward into a new rental, being a single mama, going through a lawsuit with my ex who wanted half my sole business (I won) and so much more. This new house will mark such an achievement and bring me a spot to create so much new content with lots of great lighting, a private backyard and it being beautifully upgraded makes for even better content! I see so much potential to work with others and create bigger and better content then what I bring now ;) Anyways I’m making this post because I wanted to say thank you to each and everyone of my fans! I couldn’t have done this without you! Yes..YOU! I’m so thankful. I’m so grateful. I’m so blessed! The offer I put is under asking.. as the owner is an agent and is asking a bit too much... but I’m sure she will come back with a counteroffer! Unfortunately I don’t have as high of a down payment as I wish after paying off debt my ex left me with, attorney fees and more... so If anyone would like to help contribute to helping me get my dream home....
