It’s so great not having to go to the gym to work out on the elliptical because I have one at home!
If anyone’s curious, my machine is called the "Proxima Furia iPro". So far, I’m only burning about 250 calories per hour. z That’s not much, even though I weigh just 50 kg and I’m 161 cm tall 😅. I’m hoping that over time, my heart will get used to the workouts and keep my heart rate around 125 beats per minute because right now it’s racing at around 150 😕 And I don’t need my heart rate that high! 💪✨
