1) hip thrusts w/ resistance bands (30x)
2) cable pull-through (30x)
3) squats w/ 25lb dumbbell (30x)
4) donkey kicks (15each leg)
My next workout video I’ll be doing arms ?? I mainly do glutes and legs because that’s the foundation of your body ✨ But you gotta equal your workouts in with arms, back, cardio etc.
