Iβve gotten back into weight training to help grow my booty π€ͺ just kinda a rant haha but two years ago I was too underweight to grow any muscle and this is the first time in my life where Iβm at a good weight to build muscle, Iβm eating enough protein, drinking enough water, doing the right workouts, and getting enough sleep ππ» so weβll see what happens lol!!! Growing up I had a really negative relationship with food and body image so Iβve done a lot of work to fix that and feel happy with myself π Itβs still a struggle sometimes but Iβm making a conscious effort to not slip into bad habits or a negative mindset again. I do wanna grow my glutes but I think overall I just wanna improve my health and focus on consistency βΊοΈ
