Well looks like I strained a muscle or tendon where pec connects to bicep , the same spot I tore in my left shoulder a few years back so Iβm probably not going to hit my goal bc I have to take time off to heal and increase more gradually, too old to jump from 75 to 300 pushups in a day in less than 2 weeks π
