part of my new routine is doing vibro-acoustic therapy, which has been really helpful for me to process and manage my thoughts. i lay on this low to the ground bed, cover with a weighted blanket and a sheet, wear headphones and even add essential oil to my hands at the start. you can choose different songs, guided or unguided, and as it plays the bed vibrates along.
nothing compares when you actually feel relaxed and that’s when true happiness can start to come back. i’ve always tried to be transparent about myself and part of doing that is opening up about how i’ve changed my ways.
i’ll have to do a full video about all the wellness things i’ve added to help improve my mental and physical health! i’m also doing a Q & A video so if you have any questions, drop them below or send it to me in the messages.
