Message: Bodybuilding, right? 😵😵 let’s all remember where I started and how far I’ve come 😵😵 the photo on the left was taken right before the CrossFit open in 2016 (I think). I went to regionals that year but didn’t make it past the first round. I had lost my period because my body fat % got so so low. Pretty much all my meals where some form of powder and liquid 🤣
