If youโ€™re not great with push-ups, try starting on your knees and progress slowly as the days pass. For those looking for a quick push-up progression program, try this.

Week 1
Three days a week, resting between each day.
EMOM (every minute on the minute)
Day 1 - 10 minutes
Day 2 - 12 minutes
Day 3 - 14 minutes

Add 1-2 push-ups the following week and repeat for as long as youโ€™d like. Youโ€™ll notice a change in your physique and overall strength and endurance in just one month. Imagine what you can do in a year! ๐Ÿ’ญ
