Message: Iโ€™ve been working super hard over the past three months. At a certain point, sacrificing the 1-2 hours I usually spend in the gym (plus travel) was the only way to balance out my responsibilities. Between moving into a new apartment, shooting, editing and working a 9-5 vanilla job, my diet and fitness choices started suffering ๐Ÿ˜ž

I love myself dearly, but I havenโ€™t been 100% happy with how I looked on camera in recent days. Now that things have balanced out, Iโ€™m working hard to get back into the body I am most comfortable in.

Whether you are starting a fitness routine for the first time, or youโ€™ve taken time away from the gym like me, STARTING can be the hardest part. You have to consciously break old habits and form new ones. My biggest piece of advice would be to remain consistent.

You will form new habits with just 28 days of consistency. You will see changes to your body within 30-90 days, major differences in 6 months and a complete transformation in a year. Donโ€™t give up on yourself, always try your hardest and remember, anything and everything can and will happen in time โœจ
