Hello, my delicious, mouthwatering, magnificent berry pastries, I’m back in the gym again.

I have a question for you—do you ever feel nauseous when doing ab exercises? Not the ones that target the large and small psoas muscles where you have to sit up completely, but the ones that focus on the abs, where you only lift your upper body.

I’ve always had really strong abs, hidden under a magnificent, luxurious, and irresistibly sexy layer of fat, and I used to be able to do a ton of reps easily. But lately—probably since summer when I started going to the gym—I start feeling nauseous after just 20 reps.

Weird stuff. Looks like my abdominal aorta shifted somewhere, and my 🩸 pressure drops. Just another little shitty miracle of the human body.
