I tried yoga for the first time at the gym here in Ft Lauderdale. It was fun! I can recommend it. It was a really good stretch for the muscles aswell as a lot of core training (important!).
It's not often I think that my bulge might be TOO big and prominent, lol, but I did cross my mind when I was laying on my back here (and the Americans are still a bit unused to guys wearing tights). 😉🍆💪🏼
