After some brainstorming with my friend, we realised the most ethical way of going about pay-to-view posts is to make a list of people who do not mind receiving pay-to-views. This is important to me as I will be making more PTVs when I'm caught up with custom content and only want them to go to those interested. If you do not want to receive any pay-to-view message, that is okay! I'll always make a preview post here on my profile for when I'm releasing new pay-to-view content so you can look at that if you change your mind without getting a [1] in your inbox.
