Life’s been so busy these past few months and I just wanted to catch up with you all on how I’ve been doing!
I’ve been feeling very experimental these past few months and decided to take on some challenges just to see what would happen to satiate my curiosity. I’ve been making my own bone broth and trying different recipes with it, pickling things like carrots and daikon, experimenting with growing some vegetables (probably the worst time to do so considering it’s winter and I’m struggling to keep them from freezing), and also baking bread! I'M ENJOYING BAKING BREAD SO MUCH OH MY GOD. The next recipe I really want to learn is how to make banh mi bread!
If you guys have any bread recipes that you enjoy, I’d love to try them out. That includes bread and any kinds of broths or soups!
