still experiencing the glitch with my inbox/messages. i'm replying to the ones i can see but majority of the messages are still not showing up for me. i have yet to hear from the support team and re-sent a reply to my open ticket yesterday and still no response as of right now. hope to get this fixed soon and apologies for the tech problems right now. :(
