I had a Fan contact Support instead of me because he mistakenly purchased the same content more than once. I have always replaced duplicate content when a Fan comes to me. I simply ask for the Fan to show me they've purchased it more than once and I send new content, no more questions asked. In the future, it'd be nice if Fans contacted me to ask for help when a mistake like this is made instead of just going to straight to Support, preventing me from even being able to help or do anything. All you have to do is message me and I'll take care of it. Thank you.
