My expansion valve is bad on my 2 year old upstairs unit.
The coil is bad (and leaking, and apparently KNOWN to leak) on my 3 year old downstairs unit.
My upstairs won't go below 75ยบ but is usually around 80ยบ.
My downstairs one works but has flooded my ceiling twice in the last 24 hrs.
