I took soma time and walked around naked, explore and even do some yoga flow.
Yoga and conscious breath are always good for calmness and clarity, so I invite you to take a deep breath in and out, very slowly... as you admire this spectacular and also cute movement ;)
(don't mind the sound, it was pleasantly windy)
