Running when it's cold outside for me mostly means cultivating the fuck out of the 1-2 hours after I get home 😁 Bath. Candles and other lights. Skin that smells amazing. Maybe a drink. I learned last fall/winter: The way to get myself out into the cold and dark and reach my distance goals is by knowing that there's SOMETHING nice and warm waiting at home afterwards.
