Come take a little quarter mile (round trip) nature walk with me! There's a waterfall nearby and it's just some stairs and a short walk, no big deal! That is, unless you're several hundred pounds overweight like me 😅 I was already out of breath when I reached the bottom of the stairs so I took a few breaks along the way to the waterfall, even though there were no benches, to catch my breath. And can you believe it, I was actually EXCITED to see the stairs on my way back, SO I COULD SIT! 😂 But that excitement was quickly over when I realized I had to climb the 50 stairs back up! I remember I did this walk years ago and I was about 150 pounds lighter, so needless to say, it was MUCH more difficult this time around. I could BARELY breathe when I reached the top of the stairs, so I had to go sit in my car and end the video there lol. 😮‍💨
