Hello!😄 I recently wrote in my post that I would cook national dishes that are in my country! In fact, I don't cook this dish often, but it is very suitable for some hot summer day, when you can't eat anything and you are thirsty for water!☀️ heheh and this dish is called Okroshka! Here is its recipe and how to cook it!🙈

1️ Mineral water

2️ Sour cream - 100 g

3️ Boiled and semi-smoked sausage - 150 g

4️ Boiled potatoes - 6 pcs.

5️ Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.

6️ Cucumbers - 2 pcs.

7️ Green onions - 1 bunch

8️ Salt - 1 teaspoon
