But it has been so hard month 2 has been one of the hardest months for my mental health. My office that I work in just pilled up with shit and got messier and messier day by day . This is the hard truth of serve mental illness I was embrassed and ashamed it let it get so bad and control my ability to work. But yesterday I spent the whole day knocking it out and I'm so proud of myself for getting it done. I feel so accomplished. It's hard to be vulnerable sometimes but I wanted to share this with you all because I know alot of us a suffering right now and I promise your not alone. Mess or not your still worth love. Your worth taking care of yourself. I'm so happy that I can be a postive light for you all. Just has I'm learning to care for my self sober , do the same for you ♡ you deserve it and are worth it ❣
