UPDATE well i think its been a SOILD month now still unsure about a show June or July but down in weight and tightening up.. Not ideal to take update after your workout due to 'B" flow but i figured why not..... Started at 186 current 174ish have no goal weight in sight will really depends on what i look when i hone on... BUT on a good note my ass is coming down its ABOUT TIME ..
