Last Dance ok Workout im so mellow dramatic at times LOL all seriousness was my last work out and then pack and planning thats just as nerve racking. Its funny when i did sessions full time and compete I had all the time so i never had to grasp the concept of time management but this shit working 8 hours i love but prepping humbled me and has tested me. TIME management is essential and i have yet mastered it.. dropped the ball a few times and wasn't able to dot every I or cross T.. I really no BS will consider taking a live in sub after i mood or even have one come stay a month out too assist cause there is NEVER enough time in the say when you work ... lessons learned and learned well...
Cant say if ill update while im there cause of the connection and not sure why on some devices i can log on and others I cant i wanted to go live but ill have to see BUT know that when i arrive back on sunday ill have lots of juicy content too share any how thank you for the support ill be back
