Hate Doing dedicated core or abdominal workouts?
I totally understand here is a great life hack that can help...
Strengthening your core is not just to look good but actually helps with lower back pain and your posture and I’ll kinds of other issues…
But sitting down and just doing abs for a while can be sort of a pain in the butt LOL
So what I often do like in this video is I do ab exercises while I’m doing something else.
For example while I was riding the bike today like in this video I was Sucking in and flexing my abdominal muscles while riding the bike and holding it for 15 20 or 30 seconds… Then releasing and catching my breath and then doing it again a minute later.
Plus while I was training my chest in between sets I was doing little core exercises.
