This might be the only "cheesecake" or "parfait" I like! ๐
I eat this when I want a creamy dessert but still need some protein for the day! Win win!

Super easy to make you need:
๐๐ผCottage cheese 2cups
๐๐ผStrawberries I use 6 per cup/dish
๐๐ผGraham crackers
๐๐ผMaple syrup 2Table spoons
๐๐ผVanilla 1 teaspoon
๐๐ผBrown sugar 1table spoon (optional)
1st you need to strain the cottage cheese! Don't skip this! Put strainer on a glass bowl and press with spoon a few times for about 10mins.
Add cottage cheese, Maple syrup and vanilla to blender and make smooth!
Crush one sheet of graham crackers and put on bottom of dish add layer of whipped cottage cheese and then another sheet of crushed crackers. Add strawberry to the top and brown sugar when you serve! Chill at least 1 hours before you serve, but I prefer overnight!
