Split Squat Jumps (each side)
Tabata 2:

Elevated Push Up Claps
Reverse Flye to Kickback

Plank Jack to Tuck
Tabata 4:

Biceps Curl Squat to Press
Warrior Burpee

Format: Perform move 1 for 0:20 seconds, rest for 0:10 seconds and then repeat for move 2. Repeat moves 1 and 2 for 4 rounds total.
