Inspired by a recent comment, I decided to film one of my non-sexual meditation sessions. This is what I do (almost!) everyday and don't upload. My intention here is to keep returning my focus to the breath, then sensations in my body. You'll notice that I do get aroused occasionally throughout the session, and all of it is 100% involuntary, because the only voluntary thing I'm trying to do is return focus to the breath and then bring awareness to sensations in the body (not encourage these sensations). When I have an orgasmic session that I upload here, it's the exact same with the added intention of focusing attention to the arousal that builds (still not urging or f.orcing the arousal).
Once you practice this enough, you will start to notice the very miniscule signs that arousal is building without you actively f.orcing it. Maybe your nipples feel a little different moment to moment, maybe you perceive a very small contraction in the genitals, etc. The key is to not stimulate yourself afterwards, or else you're telling your body "just put up with the boring meditation stuff for a while, then the pleasure will come after".
