I’ve eaten over 3,000 calories everyday for the first week since I was gaining, it takes some effort but the treats you guys are sending me make it So much easier. Leg and glutes at the gym today! My rest day was so great yesterday, got some chores done. Comment if you want me to post calories and macros for this week along with what my maintenance SHOULD be based off my last dexa body scan (hint, it’s a lot lower than what I’m eating every day).
